STG's Software and IT Consulting Division wins multi-year, multi-million dollar deal with a leading Education services company in the US.

Santa Clara, April 2003. Software Technology Group, a leading provider of offshore software development services, has just signed a deal with a leading Education Services company to develop and migrate mission critical applications.

STG will work with its customer to reengineer and migrate a wide range of business software from the current existing legacy systems. While the financial details of the deal will not be made public, STG will implement its services over a span of 2 years after which it will continue to support the client's needs.
